The worlds water supply

"Planet Earth" A water planet over 60% of it is covered by water.
But not all of it is drinkable.
Did you know that if you had a gallon of water representing The Earths water supply take a teaspoon out of that gallon of water that is how much Freshwater we have to drink in the world.
A teaspoon of water is not a lot for Billions of people In the world! At this time in the world everyone is wasting way too much water! And more and more people are being born. So we can't let water go to waste!

We as people at some points can not keep up with the demand for water. Over the last 100 years Billions of more people are born and the demand goes up. In the future it will keep going up. But there's a problem with that. Planet Earth can only hold so many people. And we only have so much water.

Here are some ways that you as a person might and might not now how to save water. When you brush your teeth turn off the water that will save you around 3 gallons of water!
If you have a garden, water your plants in the afternoon because then not as much water evaporates which saves water. When it rains have you gutters water run into a Big bucket. So instead of the water going into one place in the grass or where ever, you save that water so you could use the water on your garden.

Those are some little things to do and they make a big difference. And there are many more was on how to save water. More and more people need to be doing this so tell more people about it. And say you don't care about saving water now what will you say when there's no water left?
Also think about the future of us as humans. We can not go on without water. It will also save you money. So go out and make a difference!
